Be careful with that. Or lots of cream with dessert, when you’re actually already full and just keep eating because it tastes good. Beware hidden sugars! Refined sugar is probably the biggest culprit in weight gain currently, but it’s not because we’re scarfing down loads of chocolate and baked goods.
