Diet and exercise is truly the safest way to lose weight, but it takes discipline and does not really suppress appetite, unless you STICK TO IT. Stop eating the processed foods and foods full of sugars and exercise a lot and eventually a balance is struck and the body no longer craves FOOD FOOD FOOD all the time unless it truly needs it to burn the calories expended through exercise.
