Rather than “”diet “ consider “change in eating habits “ identify vegetables that u are willing to eat as well as fruits. At meals eat a protein of choice and fill up on fruits and vegetables until u have eaten enough. You may also have one carbohydrate at each meal and drink any drink that is sugar free( seltzer, unsweetened herbal tea with lemon, coffee with cream) eat well and watch the pounds fall off! Gud luck
If you want to lose weight, you’d better avoid special “low-carb” products that are full of carbs. This should be obvious, but creative marketers are doing all they can to fool you (and get your money). They will tell you that you can eat cookies, pasta, ice cream, bread and plenty of chocolate on a low-carb diet, as long as you buy their brand. They’re full of carbohydrates. Don’t be fooled.

At any given time, there are dozens of weight-loss hypes in the marketplace that claim to take off 10 pounds in 10 days, or whatever. Desperation can tempt us to try anything — from "clean eating" to cutting out food groups entirely. Keep in mind: Just because an avocado-walnut-"crunchy"-kale-salad dripping in coconut oil is deemed "clean" by a so-called "expert" on your Instagram feed does not make it an unlimited food. Moral of the story? Avoid fads, eat real food, watch some Netflix, and unwind (perhaps with a glass of wine in hand). Now that's my kind of detox.
So, what's all the fuss and concern? Obesity has health consequences. The complications resulting of obesity can have a considerable negative effect on the quality and length of a person's life. These complications can also have a significant impact on health care costs. People who are obese are at a higher risk of numerous illnesses, including heart attacks, strokes and diabetes. Obesity also increases the risk of:
A basic, healthy diet should include at least 3 nutritious meals a day and 1 or 2 snacks. A well-balanced diet is made up of carbohydrate-rich foods, protein, and some fat – but not too much. No foods have to be completely eliminated for a balanced diet. You can still enjoy high-fat, high-sugar foods in moderation. Healthy living is about not denial and deprivation but balance. Health Canada has a guide called Eating Well with Canada's Food Guide that is a good reference for balanced eating.
Whenever I work with 1:1 clients, I have them fill in some paperwork in advance of our first session. The first questionnaire has a section asking them to say what foods they “typically” have for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. The second has a specific food journal they complete for four days showing everything they ate. What happens almost all of the time is what people think they “typically” eat is MUCH better than what’s actually in the journal. Our brains have this miraculous way of forgetting the bad stuff. 
Researchers from Lund University in Sweden have been isolating and researching thylakoids since the early 1990’s. In 2009, Dr. Rickard Kohnke and his team at the “Appetite Regulation Unit” of the Department of Experimental Medicine, Lund University, Sweden, discovered that overweight mice on high-fat diets decreased their food intake, experienced significantly less weight gain, and had lower body fat when their high-fat diets were supplemented with thylakoid isolated from spinach.[2] Compared to the mice who did not receive thylakoid, they also had lower blood sugar levels and lower triglycerides. They also had higher levels of the satiety hormone cholecystokinin, a hormone secreted by the small intestine that helps digest fat and protein as well suppressing appetite.
