Can’t Beet This!
Beet is one of those ingredients that you either love or hate. Some people love the thick earthy taste, while others abhor it for the same reason.
Nevertheless, this is one of those vegetables rich in vitamins and nutrients that you should still juice and gulp down even if you don’t like the taste. Over time you’ll get used to this beetroot and carrot juice for weight loss.
- 1 beetroot
- 1 red apple
- 2 carrots
- 2 sticks celery
- 1/2 peeled grapefruit
- 1-inch piece of peeled ginger
Wash and scrub the beet well and prepare the other ingredients accordingly. Then juice them one by one and consume them immediately.
