1. I’m in my second week of doing a 24 hour fast every other day. The first week, I noticed that the day after doing a fast, my stomach needed to do a clean out badly. I've been drinking the tea for awhile and noticed I've been needing to use the bathroom more frequently than usual. My stomach gets cramps from having my system detoxified and I feel lighter and more full. I haven't noticed any weight loss yet even though I exercise. Maybe I need to work out more?
