Hell Abel, I fast 15/7 last snack is something like peanuts and raisins at 10:pm next snack is 1 boiled egg at 6:30 am, coffee, green tea,and water til 3pm then i snack banana and wheat bread 30 min before i do a 4 mile walk daily! my only full meal is at 6:00 pm! and it consists of meats with fat, veggies, small amounts of carbs!
