Then began a long period of struggle. My weight bounced up alarmingly in September 2011. At times the amount of fiber in take in will cause issues with my ability to process and pass...anyhow this has helped with bloating and the above noted issue. Since my weight does always bounce around a lot, it’s important for me not to over-react to daily fluctuations.
